Search for users

Administrators can navigate to the search feature on the Accounts page. Administrators see the total number of users populated in the organization for which they are an administrator, directly to the right of Accounts. Click View all to see all users in your organization. The users will load below the Filter area. Scroll to see more users.

To search for a specific user, enter key search criteria such as First name, Last name, Email address, and/or Username. Select the blue Search button to retrieve all possible records. The Search button will not turn blue until at least one of search criteria is populated.

To reset your search, click the blue Reset link to clear out all of the text boxes. Enter different information to execute a new search.
